Some rooms were not accessible by elevators, which was inconvenient. the hotel was located far from Merano and Bolzano, meaning that a car was necessary for people who wanted to explore these cities.

We loved the hotel facilities with great swimming pools and a relaxing lounge zone. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of food and was of high quality. We also appreciated the helpful and bilingual staff who were able to assist us with a mobility issue. the location of this hotel was in a wonderful area and we enjoyed the nice views.

Nothing could have been better.

The swimming pools were nice, and the views were beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was enough available to keep us entertained.

The hotel was quite far away from the cities, which made it difficult to get around. the spa/sauna hours were limited, and the cleaning staff did not do a thorough job.
